Celebrating our friends still keeping the spirit alive at The Fillmore!

Bob Cook: The Fillmore Poster Guy

If you’ve ever taken that last step down onto Geary Boulevard from The Fillmore with a poster in hand, you have Bob Cook to thank. For over 30 years, Bob has overseen the printing and delivery of the thousands and thousands of Fillmore posters that have been handed out on our steps. During a very busy month of posters last November, we visited Bob at his Great Impressions print shop in South San Francisco to see the process in action, and with the help of our great friends and house photographers, Greg Chow (on video!) and Paige Parsons (on photo!) we’re excited to share that visit with you. Big thanks to Bob for his tireless dedication to his craft, and for caring so much about The Fillmore and every single one of our posters. ❤️
We love you, Bob!

Meet David Zouzounis – The Apple Guy!
If you’ve ever grabbed an apple to snack on in our lobby (and we hope you have!), you have David & Ted’s Market to thank. For 35+ years (!!) Ted’s has supplied the apples served at The Fillmore, and their history with Bill Graham Presents goes back even further. We visited Ted’s recently to chat with David, and with the help of our pals Greg Chow (video) and Paige Parsons (photo), we’re excited to share a window into our time-honored apple tradition. THANK YOU to the one and only David for his time, his dedication, his kindness (he’s the best there is!) and for all. those. apples. We love you so much!

Paige Parsons: Fillmore Photographer

Paige Parson has been the Fillmore’s in-house photographer for 14 years. For each of the 400+ shows she’s photographed here, she puts extraordinary care into every single photo. As she says in this short video, she believes that everyone deserves to look their best and most authentic on the Fillmore stage; – that’s just a hint of how seriously she takes that responsibility. Song in the video is from a local band Uncle Chris

Thanks to Ashley Graham and the fine folks at Live Nation San Francisco for their work on this series!
